I thought the solution was to try harder and have more willpower. Yet the harder I seemed to try the further away I seemed to get from my goal. I felt hopeless and frustrated. I had almost resided to the fact that I may never reach my goal. That maybe I would never have a "normal" relationship with food and exercise, and that I would never feel good enough, find that inner peace or achieve my goal 😢
The good news is that I turned it all around, and pretty quickly too! Today, 9 years on I am the most body confident version of myself yet. I no longer find myself in self destructive emotional binge eating cycles, I exercise in a way that empowers me and I did find that inner peace within myself"
And that all came from doing the mindset work

You will have 6 Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls with myself. Each call is 60 mins and you will be expected to do practical tasks in between our weekly calls.
