I am passionate about helping women, especially in their 40's lose weight, build muscle and feel more confident in their skin.

As a women in her 40's, with a family and running a businesses I understand the unique challenges women face when it comes to aching their fitness goals.

I have been in the fitness industry working as coach for 16 years after hiring a PT and  falling in love with training. He opened my eyes to a world where I didn't have to be a slave to cardio or eat super low calories to get in shape.

Since then my passion has only grown and my coaching evolved, specialising in female fat loss whilst helping women navigate the busiest season of their lives and shifting hormones.
