Nutrition 🍏
When it comes to your body transformation, 70% of the results will come down to what you eat. This is often the hardest part for many women because we are faced with decision and temptations around food multiple time a day. You may have picked up unhelpful habits, struggle with emotional eating or just don’t know how to fuel your body correctly to see results. I make nutrition really simple so that you see results without it feeling like you’re on a diet and without missing out on foods you love.
 
Exercise 🏋️‍♀️
Project Badass is a resistance based program. I will create you a personalised workout plan that suits your lifestyle and level of experience. You can chose to train from the gym or workout from home, it’s no problem. About 40% of my clients do workout from home for various reason. If you can train form a gym I would recommend this option. 
 
Hormones 🧬
One area many coaching programs overlook is helping women navigate shifting hormones. We want to make sure your hormones are as balanced as can be. In our 40’s, hormones are already on a rollercoaster ride due to perimenopause and that can make navigating a body transformation tricky if you don’t know how to do that.
 
Lifestyle & mindset đź§ 
The body we have now is a direct result and a reflection of the the lifestyle we have lived. So it’s important to make positive changes that will support you when it comes to achieving your body transformation. Things like managing stress levels, getting better sleep, knowing how to eat eating out without it impacting results & improving your overall mindset will help you achieve results. It also keep them!
