The Workouts
There are daily 30 min workouts for you to complete. You can do these workouts at home or in the gym. All you need is a little bit of space and couple of dumbbells and you are away!
The workouts on the 28 Day Challenge are designed to help you build muscle (aka tone up), become fitter and stronger. The workouts vary form HIIT to Circuits. And Bodyweight to Resistance workouts. Don't worry, I always provide alternatives for those who need to avoid impact movements. These workouts can be done at any time in the day that suits you.
The Nutrition
We have all heard the saying "Abs are made in the kitchen" and that's true. Your diet is key to seeing results, especially if fat loss and toning up is the goal. Within the 28 Day Challenge you will discover exactly what and how much to eat. You will be able to download healthy recipe Ebooks for food inspiration and I share may favourite go to meal ideas too.
The Community
You will become part of our incredible Online Community of women all taking part in the 28 Day Challenge. This community will be your hub where you can ask questions and share photos. Plus I am in the community daily to provide you with daily motivation.
