I've been there. In 2016 I had reached my lowest point when it came to my relationship with my body, myself and nutrition. I was stuck in a cycle of emotional binge eating followed by punishing myself with a strict diet and exercise regime. My self worth hit a low and my self identity was tied up in how I looked. 

At that point I decided enough was enough. I realised that something had to change so I committed to a journey of healing myself. 

Now I have freedom around food. I no longer think about it all the time, or use it to self sooth or punishment. My self worth & identity isn't based on how I look. 

This is why I am so passionate about helping other women heal. I get it. I've been there. I've healed. And so can you.
