My Journey
My own journey is the reason I became a Coach.
Since the age of 15 I struggled with body confidence, self comparison which very quickly led to an obsession with exercise and dieting. Like many women I thought that doing hours of cardio and eating as little aspossible would give me the body I wanted.
It wasn't until after my second daughter I decided to get a Personal Trainer who showed me how to lift weights and fuel my body correctly when I truly fell in love with fitness and wanted to show other women what I had discovered.
Many women believe that it's downhill after 40. I am here to tell you that it's not the case. Now, in my 40's, I am the most confident and healthiest version of myself yet. I've become fascinated with helping women navigate the shifting landscape of their hormones whilst becoming fitter, leaner and stronger.
