I'M VANESSA.
Iâve been a Coach for 18 years, and very early on in my career I noticed something powerful.
Some women achieved incredible results. Whilst others, just as capable, struggled.
It wasnât intelligence. It wasnât effort. It wasnât even strategy.
It was their mindset.
That realisation changed everything for me.
I became fascinated with the power of the subconscious mind. The patterns, beliefs, and identities running quietly beneath the surface.
In 2019, I became a certified NLP Coach so I could go deeper, not just with my clients, but within myself.
But this work didnât start in a classroom. I have somehow always know the power of the subconscious mind.Â
At 16, I developed agoraphobia, a crippling fear of leaving the house. The anxiety was overwhelming and it also manifested physically as psoriasis. I had no therapist. No doctor. No roadmap.
Yet somehow I healed myself.Â
Another example would be in my mid-thirties, I found myself under intense stress. Emotional binge eating and purging became a coping mechanism I felt utterly powerless against it.
So I turned inward. And again, I rewired the patterns at the subconscious level.
There have been many moments in my life where I have healed, succeeded, and manifested by working with my subconscious mind. Not by forcing change, but by shifting identity.
That is why THE SHIFT isnât just something I teach.
Itâs how Iâve rebuilt myself, more than once.
