WEEK 1
This week is self discovery. You will become aware of your current subconscious thoughts and actions that are holding you back.Â
WEEK 2
Understanding self-sabotage and recognising your patterns. You will learn what it takes to break free of these self sabotaging loops forever.
WEEK 3
You will create your next level self. Your new identity from which your subconscious will operate from. The version of you who is capable of achieving your goals and put her into action.Â
WEEK 4
Bring the inside out. Show up as the most authentic version of yourself every day.
WEEK 5
This week is all about emotional regulation. How to stay in your new identity and not fall back into old self sabotaging habits when life applies pressure.Â

ACT AS IF is a 6 week 1:1 online coaching program.Â
✔️ 1 x weekly 1:1 coaching call. Each week will progress through the modules.
✔️ Each week there will be homework for you to do on a practical level. Mainly the implementation of the work you did on our coaching call together.Â
✔️ A bespoke guided mediation recording to help rewire your subconscious mind.

I'M VANESSA.
I’ve been a Coach for 18 years, and very early on in my career I noticed something powerful.
Some women achieved incredible results. Whilst others, just as capable, struggled.
It wasn’t intelligence. It wasn’t effort. It wasn’t even strategy.
It was their mindset.
That realisation changed everything for me.
I became fascinated with the power of the subconscious mind. The patterns, beliefs, and identities running quietly beneath the surface.
In 2019, I became a certified NLP Coach so I could go deeper, not just with my clients, but within myself.
But this work didn’t start in a classroom. I have somehow always know the power of the subconscious mind.Â
At 16, I developed agoraphobia, a crippling fear of leaving the house. The anxiety was overwhelming and it also manifested physically as psoriasis. I had no therapist. No doctor. No roadmap.
Yet somehow I heal myself.Â
Another example would be in my mid-thirties, I found myself under intense stress. Emotional binge eating and purging became a coping mechanism I felt utterly powerless against it.
So I turned inward. And again, I rewired the patterns at the subconscious level.
There have been many moments in my life where I have healed, succeeded, and manifested by working with my subconscious mind. Not by forcing change, but by shifting identity.
That is why ACT AS IF isn’t just something I teach.
It’s how I’ve rebuilt myself, more than once.
