How to stop self-sabotaging and finally reach your goals
If you’re here, then I know two things about you.
The first is that you want to stop being inconsistent. Â You have a goal, you know what you need to do, but sticking to the habits and behaviours that will get you to your goal is a different story. Â
The second is that you’re probably blaming yourself and saying things like “If I just had more willpower.”  Or “I’ll try harder next time.”  But that’s not going to solve your inconsistency problem.
So, the question remains...
Why is it, even when you know what to do, you just don’t do it?
Why, even though you really want to reach your goal, you find yourself sabotaging your efforts?

It’s your IDENTITY!
Your identity is how your see yourself. Who you believe yourself to be at your core. And your identity is held in your subconscious brain.
If you have a fitness goal, it’s going to require you think and behave in a new way in order to achieve the desired results.
The thing that trips up most women is that their current identity does not align with their goals.
It’s the same reason people go broke after winning the lottery.
Or someone leaves their toxic partner but keeps choosing the same type of partner.
You can’t create change when you are operating from the same identity that is keeping you stuck and going round in circles.

The real change happens when you shift your identity.
to the version of you who has already achieve the goal. And behave accordingly.
When you think and act as the version of you who has already achieved the goal, the results become inevitable.
Now I know what you are thinking … “How do I change my identity?”
The how is surprisingly simple once you know.
And once you master the doing, Â reaching your goals becomes so much easier.
No more relying discipline or motivation.
Or starting over on Monday.

Understanding why your self-sabotage, learning to spot the patterns and how to stop it.

Create your new identity
This is the fun part. The part where you get to create the version of you who has already achieved the goal.
MODULE 4
Acting As If
Trying on your new identity and practice using it in the real world. When life loud and motivation is low.
MODULE 5
Emotional Mastery
To stop emotional triggers from pulling you back into old patterns. Because most self-sabotage doesnt happen when life is calm. This moduel will teach you how to stay aligned without numbing, escaping or quitting.
MODULE 6
Intergration
To make this identity permanent. This is where ACT AS IF becomes who you are for long lasting chnage. Â

This is a 6 week course. Each week there is a live group online masterclass with interactive group coaching and homework to implement for that week.
By the end of these 6 weeks, you will have already made big shifts in your identity and be well on your way. Plus these are skills and tools you will be able to use for life. Not just in fitness but also finances, relationships and more. But let’s not jump ahead of ourselves here.
